PHARMORE – DIGITAL: digital invoice dispatch
We have changed our system to electronic invoice/credit note transmission.
Your advantage: This saves you (and us) the time-consuming process of handling paper documents as well as postage costs and time and effort for internal mail distribution.
The technical implementation: For you, this means that your invoices/credit notes will no longer be sent by post in future, but rather in PDF format to the e-mail address of your choice that we have on file for you. So that you always have an overview of everything, we generate an e-mail for each invoice/credit note, with full transparency throughout.
Legal basis: The legal framework conditions for the electronic issue of invoices/credit notes are regulated in Section 14 of the German VAT law (UStG). The retention periods in the original state also apply to the electronic invoice/credit note in accordance with the requirements of the German Tax Code (Section 147 AO). The electronic invoice/credit note has the same contents and legal consequences as a paper invoice/credit note and is to be treated as an original for tax purposes.
Sustainable: You will also contribute to greater sustainability by avoiding the use of valuable resources such as paper.
