Facts
PHARMORE GmbH is an SME company in the healthcare sector and employs around 40 people. Our employees contribute their expertise as sales managers, pharmaceutical technical assistants and pharmaceutical commercial assistants, as well as their scientific expertise.
The expert teams at PHARMORE GmbH are based in Ibbenbüren in the north west of Germany. The medicinal products, however, are stored in Bruchsal (southern Germany).
In-house Sales Team
Our In-house Sales Team in Ibbenbüren not only handles all orders and ensures that medicinal products are shipped; they also deal with all customer enquiries. The team can be contacted from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We do our best every day for our customers.

Sales Team
Our Sales Field Team travels to our customers across Germany and Austria, resolving queries and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The target groups of (hospital) pharmacies and medical specialists are visited with the “pharmaceutical consultant” certificate of competence (in accordance with Section 75 AMG). Would you like to work with us? Talk to our Sales Field Team about our various sales concepts!
Medical Sciences Team
Our Medical Sciences Team represents an important point of contact for our customers: if further information in addition to the information available is needed, or if more detailed medical or scientific questions need to be answered, the team is happy to help. PHARMORE’s pharmacovigilance system, including the legally required graduated-plan officer and the EU QPPV, is also based in this team. As part of our own medicinal products authorisation process and as a service for our cooperation partners, the Medical Sciences Team also carries out literature research.
Purchasing Team
Constantly on the move, virtually too, across the world! Under the terms of Section 73 (3) AMG, our procurement professionals obtain medicinal products from all over the globe. They bring all their experience to the table and know reliable and trustworthy sources of supply. All processes are subject to constant monitoring and review.
In PHARMORE's Purchasing department, we are always working on reliable solutions for our customers' patients. Strong partnerships are the key to this solution.
Andreas Pilz, Director of Purchasing
Medical Marketing Team
This is where many threads come together. The Medical Marketing Team develops campaigns for various complex indication areas. Our guiding principles are our high ethical standards.
This is where we create answers to the market's questions, always with an eye on the market and in constant dialogue with you, the specialists, pharmacists and the sales department.
Marcel Griggel, Director of Medical Marketing
Regulatory Affairs Team
Within the framework of regulatory lifecycle management, we professionally look after our own marketing authorisations and co-marketing medicines. As a service provider, we offer our cooperation partners many years of expertise with regard to national legal and regulatory requirements, especially in German-speaking countries.
Every day is exciting when you get to answer regulatory questions at a scientific level.
Lucy Weinreich M.D.R.A., Manager Regulatory Affairs

Managing Director
True to our vision that all patients should receive the best treatment at all times, we are fully on board! We know that time can save lives. This challenge shapes our daily activities.
If all the cogs mesh, then together we can achieve a lot. We can provide seriously ill patients with expanded treatment options and thus save lives, alleviate suffering and give hope. This motivates us every day.

Quality Standards
We offer more – PHARMORE: Quality is a matter of course for us! The quality, safety and efficacy of our products and services are our top priorities.
Pharmacovigilance system
In order to ensure and monitor drug safety, we maintain a pharmacovigilance system in line with our responsibility as a marketing authorisation holder, and we comply with all pharmacovigilance guidelines.
Quality management system
Our comprehensive quality management system forms the framework for meeting the requirements of the relevant guidelines.
Audits
We verify compliance with internal and external requirements through periodic self-inspections, audits and inspections by authorities.
GDP
We act in accordance with the applicable GDP guideline. We maintain GDP certification and wholesale authorisation in accordance with Section 52a AMG. We purchase our goods exclusively from qualified and certified suppliers, most of whom have long-standing business relationships with us.
Compliance
We view compliance as a management task that must be conducted across all levels of the company. The management team is clearly committed to compliance with internal and external standards.
Code of Conduct
The aim of PHARMORE’s activities is to ensure a sufficient and reliable supply to patients of safe, high-quality, effective and innovative medicines that meet the latest medical standards. The management team is committed to this objective and provides the resources required to achieve it. At the same time, of course, all legal requirements and responsibilities need to be complied with. This is why the Code of Conduct was established. It provides the framework for ensuring compliant behaviour by the entire PHARMORE team and all of its business contacts. The executive management team understands compliance as a management task that must be conducted across all levels of the company in order to promote and implement measures that ensure compliant conduct.
- Our work organisation reduces the risk of compliance violations by defining clear rules and establishing the principle of multi-level oversight in all critical business processes.
- All employees are instructed to report suspected violations of the rules. In this context, we ensure that the reporting person is protected in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act. No report made with good intentions will lead to negative consequences. We see every report and every tip as added value for PHARMORE.
- Misconduct is consistently punished, and the response to compliance violations is always appropriate.
- As part of a risk analysis, we identify compliance risks and define suitable measures to reduce, transfer or eliminate them.
- All employees receive regular training on compliance.
- We also see ourselves as a health company with both scientific and social responsibility. We therefore subject our actions to voluntary self-regulation as a member of AKG e.V. (Arzneimittel und Kooperation im Gesundheitswesen).
The Code of Conduct forms the basis for everything we do at PHARMORE, for example and in particular in relation to business contacts, the organisation of our working environment and our respect for human rights, social responsibility and sustainability.
Business Contacts
Our business cooperation is characterised by openness, honesty, integrity, fairness, efficiency, ethics and clearly defined responsibilities.
- The protection of our business partners’ data and intellectual property is a matter of course for us.
- We comply with embargoes and anti-terrorism measures and with import and export regulations at all times.
- The selection and qualification of customers as well as suppliers, service providers and cooperating companies is carried out with the utmost care and in compliance with all defined criteria.
Working Environment at PHARMORE
A good working environment is the basis for productive work, which is why we ensure fair and safe working conditions.
Diversity
We promote diversity and use the opportunities that diversity offers.
Equality
At PHARMORE, we ensure the equality enshrined in Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We do not tolerate discrimination based on gender, sexual identity, nationality, ancestry, skin colour, ethnic origin, language, religion, political opinion, disability, age, marital status or any other characteristic protected by law.
Health
Health protection and compliance with all occupational safety requirements are paramount in our workplace. We conduct occupational safety training at defined intervals.
Individuality
We respect the individual’s right to self-determination and individuality.
Work atmosphere
We maintain a work atmosphere characterised by team spirit, solidarity, openness, honesty, punctuality and short information pathways. Mistakes are allowed to happen and are used within the framework of an open feedback culture in order to enable us to continuously improve ourselves as a team and individually.
Development
We at PHARMORE very much welcome the individual development of all employees, for example through further training measures, and we regard such development as an essential success factor.
Flexibility
We enjoy a great deal of flexibility and freedom when arranging working hours in a process that also takes family requirements into account. In this context, each team member has to ensure that workflow is not interrupted and that productivity is not impaired.
Fair payment
Every employee is offered fair, industry-standard pay and all legally required benefits. The applicable Hours of Work Act and all workers’ rights are observed.
